Description
Feature Overview
The spec file seems to support Fedora already (Amazon Linux?), there is just no explicit section for Fedora at https://nginx.org/en/linux_packages.html. Please add official packages for Fedora Server.
Alternatives Considered
I am aware that there are downstream packages maintained by Fedora here, but from quick glance these seem to contain a lot of additions that might be obsolete. Their upgrade script also does not support custom locations for pid file and config.

Research direction
Start by locating the existing RPM spec file and the upgrade script that support the current Amazon Linux path, then compare their Fedora-related handling with the Fedora packaging reference linked in the issue. Confirm the package and upgrade behavior required for Fedora Server, including the stated custom pid-file and config-location concerns; done means the official Fedora packages are produced and documented.
