Description

Additional synchronous version of ngx.fetch or any other curl-like HTTP request-response function that can be used in js_*_filter directive.

Function should be as close as possible to async ngx.fetch but work as a blocking sync operation.

Research direction

Start by reading the existing async ngx.fetch entry point and the js_*_filter directive context mentioned in the issue. Define how a blocking request-response operation should match ngx.fetch, then verify that the synchronous function works in that filter context and preserves the requested curl-like behavior.
