Use case. N1C. Transferring instances between namespaces

have a question relating to my production work XC Nginx One environment. We have multiple namespaces. Unfortunately, few items got set up in "Default" and not the proper name space. Is there an easy way to move these to the correct name space or is a unregister/delete then go to correct name space and re-register they only way
