Description
$ nf-core licences rnaseq
ERROR Couldn't find pipeline conda file: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nf-core/rnaseq/master/environment.yml
Would also be nice to add a -r flag to be able to specify specific pipeline versions.

Research direction
Start at the nf-core licences CLI entry point and reproduce the failing nf-core licences rnaseq command to trace how the pipeline conda file is located for DSL2 pipelines. Done means the command works for DSL2 pipelines and supports the requested -r option for selecting a pipeline version.
