Description of the bug
The metromap file of https://github.com/nf-core/proteinfold has been updated and its name changed to nf-core-proteinfold_metro_map_2.1.0.png, however the ro-crate file has not updated the path here. @mashehu suggested that this might be a bug on tools see here for reference.
