Description
Description of feature
When I run
nf-core modules update
I would love these updates to write to the Changelog (or somewhere to copy from easily) the old software version and the new version (could both be parsed from the environment.yml).

Research direction
Start by locating the implementation of the nf-core modules update command and how it reads environment.yml. Determine where changelog content is generated or exposed for copying. Done means an update records both the old and new software versions in the Changelog or an equally convenient output location.
