Research direction

Start by reproducing the nf-core pipelines launch flow for the remote rnaseq pipeline, using the command-line option and the reported Nextflow, nf-core, Python, and macOS versions. Read nf_core_launch_pipelines_error.txt for the actual traceback; done means identifying and fixing the launch failure and confirming the command-line flow works.
