Description
Description of feature
It would be really nice for linting/CI and development if nf-core schema lint -w, with a new -w and/or --fail-warned, option can exit with a non-zero exit code if warnings are detected.
Thanks!

Research direction
Start at the entry point for the nf-core schema lint command and trace how lint warnings are collected and converted into an exit status. Add support for -w and/or --fail-warned, then run the schema lint tests or command fixtures to verify that warnings produce a non-zero exit code only when the option is enabled.
