Description of feature
Since some users want to maintain their own independent/custom modules-type repositories, i think it would be nice to have a template available for a modules repo and also have commands in nf-core tooling to create such a repository from scratch, and also sync the templates, similar to how we create and sync pipeline repos. would this be possible?
