Description

Description of feature

I just saw that nf-core subworkflows remove removes installed modules by default. It would be nice if there was a prompt and/or flag to keep the modules installed with the subworkflow and only remove the subworkflow, but not it's modules.

Research direction

Start at the CLI entry point for nf-core subworkflows remove and trace how installed modules are removed. Define the flag or prompt behavior so the subworkflow can be removed while its modules remain installed, then verify both removal paths using the command's existing checks.
