It would be good to be able to specify a path to download configs to. That way, repeated downloads of pipeline releases can overwrite a central location of the configs each time, meaning that they stay up to date.
This is needed for UPPMAX module load nf-core-pipelines because old versions of pipelines have stale versions of nf-core/configs, which causes problems when Nextflow is updated.
