Description
Description of the bug
The prior segmentation confidence for baysor is set as 0.2, this can be changed ofcourse but we need a metric after running cellpose that decides what the prior segmentation confidence would be to run baysor. Right now this results in under segmentated cells.

Research direction
No relevant files, command, or test are provided. Start by tracing how Cellpose results feed the Baysor prior segmentation confidence, then determine what measurable output should set that value; done means the metric prevents under-segmentation across representative inputs.
