Description

Description of feature

We assume metaG data for assembly_uploader and specify ASSEMBLY_TYPE as primary metagenome.
However, metaT assembly is also possible. I think we do not account for that. ENA has docs https://ena-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/submit/assembly/metatranscriptome.html

Research direction

Start by reading the assembly_uploader configuration and how ASSEMBLY_TYPE is set for metaG submissions. Compare the current behavior with the ENA metatranscriptome assembly documentation, then confirm that metaT assemblies can be submitted and that the workflow preserves the appropriate assembly type.
