Description

Description of feature

Thinking this might be a interesting addition to seqinspector. It works mainly with Illumina data from Human or Mouse from what I understand.

There is a MultiQC module (https://docs.seqera.io/multiqc/modules/librarian) but sadly no nf-core module yet. Github: https://github.com/kartva/Librarian

Research direction

Start by reviewing how seqinspector integrates QC tools, then read the linked MultiQC Librarian module documentation and the Librarian repository. Confirm the required inputs, outputs, and Illumina library-type predictions before defining the integration; done means the feature is included in the pipeline and its predictions appear in the relevant QC results.
