Description

Description of feature

#303 involves adding a PAE plot to the HTML report to support interpretation of outputs. This is particularly relevant for multimers (and multi-domain proteins) which will always be predicted as structures next to each other. However, predicted atomic coordinates are only relevant when they are output with high confidence (represented by PAE matrix). The standard way of representing predictions in the AFDB includes PAE output (eg here).

Once #303 is implemented as a static png, it might be nice to provide some interactivity between PAE plot and structure viewer. A nice open-source implementation of this idea is available here.

Research direction

Start by reviewing issue #303 and the existing HTML report context, then compare the proposed interaction with the linked pae-viewer implementation. Define how the PAE plot should interact with the structure viewer and what outputs must be supported; done means the HTML report provides a working interactive PAE and structure-viewer experience.
