Description
Description of feature
Most genetic map files are provided as a zip archive.
It would be nice to be able to provide this simple file as input instead of each separate file in a csv.

Research direction
The issue does not name files, tests, or an input entry point. First clarify which genetic archive format is required and how it should map to the existing CSV inputs, then trace phaseimpute's current input handling and define a test that confirms the compressed single-file workflow is accepted.
