Description
Description of the bug
If the samplesheet of the panel contains multiple panel the join() operator on the chromosome name will only give the first element (inner join). We should prefer using combine(by:0) to fix this.

Research direction
Start by locating the workflow code that joins records on chromosome name and identify where the samplesheet's panel values are combined. Check how the current join() behaves with multiple panels, then verify that the relevant workflow preserves every panel rather than only the first element.
