Description
This package is now in conda-forge which does not include all the dependencies (bioconductor packages).
This requires the developer to specifically need to build a container that contains conda-forge/propr + all those packages that propr rely on.
Perhaps it will be nicer to put propr into biocontainer/bioconda?
