Description
Once the tooling in nf-core/tools is complete (https://github.com/nf-core/tools/issues/3952) and we have automation / templates ready to go, we should go through all existing modules and bulk-update them to use Seqera Containers.
This is one of the final steps to "go live" with the Seqera Containers adoption.

Start with the nf-core/tools issue #3952 to determine when the tooling, automation, and templates are ready. Then review the existing modules and update them to use Seqera Containers; completion means the module collection is ready for the stated go-live step.
