Description

BioConda is now generating builds for linux/arm64 CPU architectures. With the move to Seqera Containers (https://github.com/nf-core/modules/issues/5832) this means that we can now offer out-of-the-box support for both linux/arch64 and linux/arm64.

Basically everything should be taken care of here as part of https://github.com/nf-core/modules/issues/5832 - however it's possible that some BioConda packages will not have yet been built for ARM64, so leaving this issue partly as a placeholder for that.

Research direction

Start by reading issue #5832, which the issue says covers most of this work, then check whether the BioConda packages used by the modules have linux/arm64 builds. This issue is done only when any remaining ARM64 package gaps are identified and the repository's module support is confirmed for both architectures.
