Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
The current container only has the minimal dependencies for the package to work.
There are some statistical testing functionalities that rely on other dependencies like limma, for example. These functionalities are needed to really make sense of the results, yet not included in the container.
Describe the solution you'd like
The current container is from conda-forge. However, the requested packages are in bioconductor, so we would need to create a new biocontainer container that allows the installation of bioconductor packages.
Describe alternatives you've considered
No response
Additional context
conda-forge does not allow the installation of bioconductor packages inside the containers

Research direction
Start by locating the propr module and its current conda-forge container definition. Identify the statistical dependencies, including limma, that are missing and determine how a Biocontainer would support installing them. Done means the module uses a Biocontainer container with the required Bioconductor packages available.
