Hello, I'm trying to build a polyglot runtime/kernel, then use Microsoft copoilt agents to annotate prewriten tools since I need multiple runtime I'm gonna use Mise MCP , and finally publish them via distroless docker image .
can this made with via nf-core or other tools ? or this idea is ambitious and has architecture frauds ?

sort of wysiwyg dsl deisnger and publishable web apps ( like hugging face playground)
