Further Information

This program is meant to produce a BUSCO output that is more accurate and faster

https://github.com/huangnengCSU/compleasm

Research direction

Start by reviewing existing nf-core module files and nf-test conventions, then inspect the linked compleasm repository for the run interface and BUSCO output expectations. Add the compleasm/run subcommand module and verify that it produces the intended BUSCO output with the repository's tests.
