Description
Hello,
I am trying to understand the inputs to the gtdbtk_summary.nf script. I understand that the script is taking the names of the bins discarded by busco and appending it to the output gtdbtk_summary.tsv file. Can you please elaborate from which busco output file is the names of the qc_discarded_bins coming? Thanks

Research direction
Read gtdbtk_summary.nf and trace the qc_discarded_bins value back through the workflow's BUSCO inputs. Done means identifying the exact BUSCO output file or channel that provides the discarded bin names and documenting that source clearly.
