Description

Description of feature

It would be nice to have a way of reading and InterProScan TSV file (for example one produced by nf-core/proteinannotator) as input to nf-core/funcscan.

Research direction

Start by reviewing nf-core/funcscan's existing pipeline input handling and the InterProScan TSV output described in the issue, using nf-core/proteinannotator as the example source. Determine how external results should enter the workflow and what validation or conversion is required; done means an InterProScan TSV can be supplied as pipeline input and used by funcscan.
