Description

Description of feature

For base editing/prime editing experiments, It would be nice to view the most common alleles and their frequencies. Would it be possible to include a table or a plot that includes the top alleles for edits and indels together? There is a plot called ***_delAlleles_plot.png, but that only shows the top alleles that include a deletion.

Research direction

Start by locating how the existing ***_delAlleles_plot.png is generated and where allele frequencies are assembled in the pipeline. Define the combined output for edits and indels, including the top alleles and their frequencies, then validate it with suitable base-editing or prime-editing results.
