Description

Description of feature

Hi nf-core team,
first of all thanks for the amazing work!
I was wondering if the pipeline already takes in consideration the spike ins and in that case how to use it.
If this function in not implemented yet, it is possible to implement it?

Thanks in advance

Emanuel

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing the nf-core/chipseq pipeline's current normalization options and documentation to determine whether spike-in normalization is supported. Clarify whether the expected outcome is usage guidance or new functionality; done should mean either documented usage or an agreed implementation scope.
