Description
Hi, I am trying use the atacseq output file to draw some graphs. Should I simply take the maximum value among the corresponding values of the same gene or take the average value? Any advises? Thanks very much!

Research direction
Start by reviewing the ATAC-seq output documentation and how multiple peaks are associated with one gene. Determine whether the project documents an aggregation rule for graphing, then clarify the guidance for choosing between maximum and average values. Done means the recommended interpretation is documented clearly for users.
