Description
Hi there,
We noticed that it would be very useful to have the genome annotation already loaded to the IGV session file that is generated by the pipeline. At the moment, this is missing, and it is saved somewhere in the work directory.
Can this perhaps be added in future?
Thank you for your work

Research direction
Start by locating where the pipeline generates the IGV session file and how the genome annotation is currently placed in the work directory. Trace the session-generation entry point and determine how the annotation can be included; the work is done when generated sessions load the gene names without requiring a separate file from the work directory.
