Research direction
Start by reproducing nextflow run hello after installing Nextflow with mamba on Ubuntu 24.04. The issue does not name a source file, test, expected behavior beyond avoiding the segmentation fault, or diagnostic output, so identifying the failing entry point and a clear verification test will require further investigation.
