Description

Is it possible to provision users in Xwiki from Nextcloud so there is no direct access from outside to the wiki needed for the user.

What I would like to achieve is that there is no access directly to an internal XWIKI only trough Nextcloud. This way users only need an Nextcloud account and leverage it's MFA and self service functions. Maybe it's possible to leverage Nextcloud like a proxy and show the Xwiki page in an Iframe. Kind of like how Nextcloud/Collabora Office is integrated into Nextcloud, even if you run CODE/COOL on a seperate appliance behind NC.

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points; begin by mapping the existing Nextcloud–XWiki integration and clarifying whether provisioning, proxying, iframe display, or all three are required. Define the authentication, access, and deployment boundaries first, then establish acceptance criteria for users reaching XWiki only through Nextcloud.
