Bug description
This error persists up to version 31.09.
The error occurs when you open an image, click on “Edit” and want to select a color to draw a line, pencil or arrows.
You cannot select a color because the top window blocks everything.
I introduce the Bug Report, because it is rather old and only discussed in the help forum (with a suggested solution).

[JackDinn] discribes the bug as follows:
" The photo editor colour picker for stroke & shadow for all the tools (text, image, rectangle, pen etc etc) does not work. You can not click on anything.
For the colour picker the cursor changes to a cross when you hover over the colour picker and you can select a colour but on stroke & shadow the cursor does not change to a cross when you hover over the colour picker and you can not select anything.
I have tested with different browsers and on different computers with Windows and/or Linux.
Steps to reproduce
- click on a photo
2.click on edit
3.try to pick a color for line, pencil or arrow.
Result no color selected, stays black.
Expected behavior
One should pick a color.

Research direction
No files, tests, logs, or app list are named in the issue. First reproduce the problem by opening a photo, selecting Edit, and trying to choose a stroke colour for a line, pencil, or arrow; then locate the photo editor entry point in the viewer. Done means the stroke and shadow colour pickers accept clicks and the selected colour is applied.
