Feature request

Which Nextcloud Version are you currently using: (see administration page)
32.0.9

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When updating the app, I see other apps have the Changelog tab utalized, but this app doesn't.
This makes me go to GitHub to check changes instead of them having them just available.

Describe the solution you'd like
Make use the Changelog apps on the Updates page.
