Description
Minimize number of output messages in non-verbose mode where appropriate by passing OutputInterface::VERBOSITY_VERBOSE i.e. $output->writeln("<info>Some verbose message</info>", OutputInterface::VERBOSITY_VERBOSE);
Also add more verbose messages where appropriate
