Start by reproducing the update from Nextcloud 33.0.0 to 33.0.2 through /updater/updater.phar in the stated Debian/Ubuntu, PHP 8.4, Apache, and MySQL environment. Investigate the download step and gather the missing configuration and log details. Done means determining whether the failure is general and documenting or verifying a reproducible resolution.
