[Bug]: Update gives 'write permissions error'

Bug description

While updating, there is an error.
After investigating I modified the rights from 444 to 755 on both files at /apps/notify_push/.git/objexts/pack/. .
This error occures on all installls.

Start by examining how the updater handles apps/notify_push/.git/objexts/pack/. and the reported change from 444 to 755 permissions. Reproduce an update on Nextcloud Server 32 with Debian/Ubuntu, PHP 8.4, and Apache, then confirm the update no longer reports a write-permissions error without manual permission changes.
