Research direction

Start by tracing how shared README files are loaded and how folder descriptions are rendered in the header, using the reproduction steps in this issue. Compare the behavior with the related issue #7088; done means a recipient who receives the README sees its contents in the folder header, with the existing sharing behavior still working.
