Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Usually not everything in a document is important. It would be great to have a document summary functionality that only shows the important parts.
Describe the solution you'd like
For me it would be enough if I could mark some things in a document as important and then those items show up in a bullet point list at the top of the document or something like that.
Describe alternatives you've considered
This could be implemented with AI as well, but personally I don't care about that because the AI will never know what is truly important in my documents and what not.
Additional context
I'm not sure if a similar feature has been considered or requested, just searching for "summary" in the issues leads to a lot of useless results.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing the existing document editor and related feature requests to determine how users would mark important content and where a summary should appear. Done means an agreed, testable interaction and presentation for manually selected document highlights.
