Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

If I create a nicely formatted task including lists, paragraphs etc, and then copy that same data into a task comment, the task comment does not save the formating of the original text. Instead it just condenses it into a single line.

It's Saturday where I am but I can provide example screenshots on Monday when I'm back in the office.

Describe the solution you'd like

All features that are supported when writing the original task should be supported by task comments as well.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I'm considering alternative software for this purpose but ideally, using this product would make our overlords happier as they're more comfortable using this product.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reproducing the formatting loss when copying a formatted task into a task comment, then compare the task and comment editing flows. Done means task comments preserve the formatting supported by the original task editor.
