Allow to easily resend the same attachment in the chat / forward it to another chat from the media view

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
When I go to a chat, tap the name, then shared items, then media, I would like to:
1. See the media better, right now the images are way too small to see what they are since most of the screen is used by the file name which is less useful than the thumbnail
2. Be able to go to the message that contains it to forward it OR just be able to forward it directly either in the same chat (e.g. use case "Remember when you sent me that picture? Can you show it to me again?") or to another chat

**Describe the solution you'd like**
1. Nicer media view, e.g. typical 3 columns if device is in vertical position, without filenames that are usually auto-generated and not very useful (if I need to see the filename I can still tap the image and see it at the top in the media preview)
2. A button either via long press on the media or in the media preview at the top or both

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Right now I have to open the media preview, after finding the media I want to reference (by looking at the very tiny thumbnails), then tap the share button and re-send it in the same chat, doubling the cloud storage use.

**Additional context**
Telegram allows to go to the message from the media viewer and then act on the media (e.g. forward it). I know that comparing an office-focused chat app like Talk to a chat giant like Telegram isn't fair, I'm just suggesting that some of its features are decent quality of life improvements that could be included in Talk.
