Allow to forward all attachments

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I would like to be able to directly forward a message containing an attachment. At the moment I can only forward a location, while if I want to forward an image/video, a file, a contact, or a voice message there is no button to do so.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
A "Forward" button such as the one that exists for text messages and locations.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
The current way to do it is to either choose the sent/received file from Attachments->Nextcloud and send it in a different chat (slow), or to re-send it altogether consuming double the bandwidth.
