Automatically switch to macro lens in video call on iPhone

We may implement Talk in the future for remote diagnosis in a clinic. It would be an advantage here if Talk would automatically switch to the macro lens in a video call when you get close to objects, to benefit from the sharpness.

Apple Facetime is a good example of how it could work, unfortunately I don't know whether this is technically possible or just something Apple has withheld
