Steps to reproduce
- Start Nextcloud Talk Desktop 0.29.0 or earlier on Windows Server 2019 1809 and log in
- Write a message from other client
- No notification is displayed to user
Expected behaviour
A notification is displayed on Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2022 RDS
Actual behaviour
If nextcloud talk is minimized to notification area in Windows Server 2019 no notification is displayed.
