Currently, if I turn off push notifications, I don't receive any updates about reminders or reations.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like a notification icon similar to the one in the Nextcloud Android app that displays all notifications, including reminders for messages and reactions. This way, even if I have push notifications turned off, I can still access and review all notifications.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There are no alternative options for reminders related to messages. To see reactions I have to open each message.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the desktop notification-related entry points in the JavaScript/Vue/Electron client and use the attached screenshot as a visual reference. Done means a notification icon provides access to reminders and reactions even when push notifications are disabled.
