Description
Currently, there is an option not to receive a call (swipe), but the caller has no idea it had happened.
Shouldn't the app let him/her know about it? Right now there is no difference between waiting for the other one to pick up and staring on the screen after the other party had declined the call.

Research direction
Start by tracing the Android call lifecycle and the handling of a caller swiping away or declining an incoming call. Done means the caller can distinguish a declined call from one that is still waiting for the other party to answer; the issue does not name a file or test to run.
