Description
Steps to reproduce
Have the permission "Geräte in der Nähe"(devices nearby?) disabled.
Start any call in the app.
Expected behaviour
Be able to select bluetooth headphone.
Other apps do not need this permission to use the headphone.
Actual behaviour
Can not use bluetooth headphone while permission is disabled.
