Description
⚠️ Before posting ⚠️
- This is a bug, not a question or an enhancement.
- I've searched for similar issues and didn't find a duplicate.
- I've written a clear and descriptive title for this issue, not just "Bug" or "Crash".
- I agree to follow Nextcloud's Code of Conduct.
Steps to reproduce
- Set your notification volume setting to 0
- Set your call volume setting to any value but 0
- Have an incoming call in Talk
Expected behaviour
You hear you phone is ringing
Actual behaviour
Your phone does not ring at all, absolutely no sound.
Talk calls volume is linked to notifications volume setting instead of the call volume setting, so when you low down notifications volume you will not hear the call because it is being treated as a regular message notification.

Research direction
Start by locating the Android audio handling for incoming Talk calls and compare it with notification volume handling. Reproduce the issue on Android 13 using the listed volume settings, then verify that an incoming call rings according to the call volume even when notification volume is zero.
