Research direction
Start by reproducing the incoming-call behavior on Android 16 with Talk 23.0.0 and compare it with the desktop and iOS clients. Trace the Android notification and incoming-call entry points; the work is done when an incoming call presents the expected call UI instead of only a message-like push notification.
