Just use Talk App daily.

Expected behaviour

Receiving call notification immediatly when a call is coming

Actual behaviour

Sometimes, I have notifications after long time ringing for caller.

I often had littles problems about notifications with talk android app.
I thought I hadn't "HPB server" to have a working service.
Since few months, I set a signaling server and I always have some problems ...
I verified all settings on phones :

• batterie optimisations disabled
• all notifications enabled

All text messages notifications work fine but difficult to have all call notifications.
If no one use Talk to call, a caller will have to wait long time ringing before another user have the first ringing notification. Sometimes, he will try to call again.
If someone make another call to a user just after, ringing notification will appear immediately.
