Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. First reproduce the issue by sending an unmentioned group-chat message from the Nextcloud web interface with “Everytime inform” enabled, using the listed Talk and server versions; done means the Android app notifies for every group message, not only messages mentioning the user.
